HomeLet Staff Gain Promotions

HomeLet the Landlord and Tenant insurance provider and Tenant referencing company has promoted three members of staff.
Kelly Sleight, Matthew Carter and Westley Marcham have climbed higher up the ladder at HomeLet in Lincoln.
Kelly Sleigh (20), from Lincoln, who started working for HomeLet in September 2006, has been promoted from Co-ordinator for the Team Support department in its tenant referencing section to support trainer. She will provide an administrative support to the HomeLet Training team and will also be delivering training sessions.
Commenting on her promotion, Kelly said" I have been interested in training since working as a co-ordinator for the HomeLet Academy coaching new starters. As a Support Trainer I have input into staff training material and enjoy the extra responsibility."
Kelly went on to say" HomeLet is a great place to work as everyone is very friendly and helpful and they organise really good social events. There is also plenty of scope for promotion and there are always opportunities to transfer within the same department , go on training courses or change job completely."
Matthew Carter (25) joined the firm's referencing call centre in May 2007 and has now been promoted to marketing assistant in May 2008. He provides support to the Marketing Team.
Matthew said " I am delighted to have been appointed as Marketing Assistant and it is an excellent opportunity to advance my career as I will have the opportunity to go on training courses and gain industry recognized qualifications. The team I work with are fantastic and I really enjoy coming to work as my new role is more is more challenging and I feel like I can have more of an inpact on core business objectives".
The final member of the promoted trio is Westley Marcham. Westley (26), who is from Nottingham, began working in HomeLet's Finance department in January 2007. He is now a business development executive, following up new inquiries from letting agents and helping them through the process of becoming fully-fledged authorised HomeLet agents.
Commenting on his promotion, Westley said "I will have a greater impact on HomeLet's core activity of providing specialist referencing, Rent Guarantee and Insurance products and services to the lettings industry. I will be responsible for developing sales strategies, assisting with marketing campaigns, dealing with enquiries and working face to face with new agents. HomeLet is a great company to work for as they are the market leader in their field and have managed to expand the business despite operating in a highly competitive market which is good credit to the people who work here"
John Boyle is HomeLet's Managing Director. He commented on these three promotions, by saying "I am delighted for Kelly, Westley and Matthew and I am sure they will excel in their roles.
