Before You Go Away
- Have any necessary routine medical and dental care before you go to check you are in good health.
- Take a copy of your personal medical record with you on your trip.
- Take extra supplies of any prescriptions and routine medications in your luggage and carry details of the prescription as well
- Take a spare pair of glasses or contact lenses if required.
- All routine vaccinations should be current.
- Take your private and or travel insurance documents with you.
- Leave a copy of your itinerary and insurance documents with a relative or friend.
