Before You Go Away

Have any necessary routine medical and dental care before you go to check you are in good health.
Take a copy of your personal medical record with you on your trip.
Take extra supplies of any prescriptions and routine medications in your luggage and carry details of the prescription as well
Take a spare pair of glasses or contact lenses if required.
